✦ Who Am I?

I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. I’ve been trained in the Interstrength Method™, and I’m a credentialed coach .

I’ve xxx, presented at international conferencens, and worked with individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in helping people xxx — and learn how to live in alignment with it. My work is rooted in Jungian ideas, but it’s also highly practical, experiential, and alive.

This isn’t the kind of site where you’ll see things like “IPs do this” or “TJs always do that.” I don’t reduce people to letters or stereotypes. I see type as a complex, as C.G. Jung originally intended — a dynamic system rooted in values, patterns of consciousness, and the unfolding mystery of who we are.

I believe we’re born with a natural pattern that evolves over time — and typology gives us a map. It’s not the kind of map that tells you what to do — it helps you discover where you are, and who you might become.
